Compliance Advisor

Job Requirements

• Strong experience managing workplace accommodations and ADA compliance programs.
• Hands-on experience with the interactive accommodation process, including manager coaching, risk mitigation, and case resolution.
• Knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, PUMP Act, NY Human Rights Law, NJ employment laws, Title VII religious accommodations, Section 503, and VEVRAA.
• Experience supporting EEO compliance and Affirmative Action reporting initiatives.
• Familiarity with EEOC, OFCCP, EEO-1, and VETS-4212 reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition compliance and hiring best practices.
• Comfortable partnering with HR, legal teams, managers, and external vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant HR/compliance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in workplace accommodations, ADA compliance, employee relations, or HR compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA, EEOC regulations, and related employment laws.
• Experience managing high-volume accommodation caseloads.
• Experience with EEO compliance, affirmative action programs, and reporting preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Master’s degree in HR, People Analytics, or related field preferred for candidates with less experience.
