What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Housekeeper position at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center?
The Infection Prevention Technician Lead oversees Environmental Services employees with duties which include, but is not limited to, evaluating work performance on a regular basis and making recommendations to the Environmental Services Director based on results, explaining job procedures to and training new employees. The Infection Prevention Technician Lead can perform all job functions of each schedule and performs a daily work schedule as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) preferred.
LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION:
- None
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Previous cleaning/infection prevention experience preferred.
