The focus of this role is to manage the execution of its Data Management Strategy development exercise. This resource will provide thought leadership and best practices for developing the Data Management strategy at TxDOT. This resource will be also accountable for the overall execution of the strategy exercise and associated deliverables. They work with client leaders for strategic initiatives around digital transformation, cloud enablement, and decision sciences to define the approach, roadmap, and execution plans.

10 years of experience with Enterprise Data Management architecture, solution development, and ability to architect and implement solutions based on emerging technologies and technical landscape

Responsibilities
- Define the execution approach for the exercise
- Develop TxDOT Data Management organization's customer engagement strategy
- Assist in the definition of TxDOT Data Management organization structure
- Assist in the development of detailed execution plans along with costing
- Assist in the Technology selection process
- Anticipate bottlenecks, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and provide escalation management
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
- Use organizational, presentation, and customer service skills to get buy in from the business
