Description Of Services
This contract position will support an assessment of the current IT server environment, cataloging, and classifying applications and systems. This initiative will lead to a deliverable of a Legislative Appropriations Request (LAR) support package, narrative justification, cost projections, implementation timelines, and recommended sequencing for a multi-year modernization effort, with all documentation targeted to support the FY26–27 LAR submission cycle.
Responsibilities Include
Experience in aligning business process through digital transformation, maintaining IT networks and services, and/or bringing legacy applications and updated processes together. (8 years)
Experience leading meetings with project stakeholders. (8 years)
Experience completing tasks accurately, on-time with minimal supervision. (8 years)
Experience cooperating with others in a team environment. (8 years)
Experience making mature, objective decisions and identifying areas of potential problems. (8 years)
Experience independently performing a variety of complicated tasks. (8 years)

- Defines future-state server and cloud architectures; identifies gaps and risks.
- Recommends modernization paths and develops detailed migration plans.
- Leads technical evaluation of applications and provides engineering estimates for LAR budgeting.
