Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial cleaning duties at client locations including offices, lobbies, breakrooms, and restrooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean, professional appearance in all areas
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning standards set by Neon Clean
- Ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction at every job site
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to be on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites within San Luis Obispo County
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
