- AR/AP
- Reconcile Statements
- Disburse Checks
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and sorting mail, general clerical and administrative task.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Wedensday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate: $22-$25/hr
- Must have valid Driver License
- Permanent Position

Qualifications for Office Assistant:
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Fluent in Spanish/English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Time management skills
- Must be able to prioritize work, projects and requests
- Must be able to pass skills assessment test (Typing, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
