We are seeking a Revenue Intelligence & Analytics Manager to drive data-informed call insights into performance. This role blends analytical expertise with enablement strategy — focusing on behavioral insight, conversation intelligence strategy, coaching interpretation, and translating data into enablement action.
You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to analyze sales calls, identify winning behaviors, and use Gong insights to guide coaching and performance programs across the revenue organization.
Preference for applicants who can commute to our headquarters in Draper, UT but also open to applicants willing to travel onsite to Utah at least 4 times a year.
Conversation Intelligence & Behavioral Insights
Own the analysis of Gong data, call trends, and conversation quality.
Identify behaviors that correlate with higher conversions and shorter sales cycles.
Build Gong dashboards that Sales Leaders, Enablement & front-line managers use weekly to highlight leading indicators and coaching opportunities.
Maintain scorecards, tagging standards, and best-call libraries.
Performance Insights & Coaching Enablement
Translate Gong data & insights into clear, actionable insights for Sales leadership
Partner with the Enablement team to embed insights into training programs and reinforcement paths.
Identify top-performing behaviors and call practices that can be replicated across the team.
Subject Matter Expertise
Be the resident subject matter expert on Gong and deliver playbooks for optimal usage of the system in the revenue team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Surface trends in messaging, objections, product questions, and competitive themes.
Funnel insights to Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales Leadership for action.
Identify systemic issues in discovery, demo setup, pricing discussions, or storytelling.
Reporting & Executive Alignment
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business insights to Sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
Build scalable reporting frameworks that tie data insights to revenue performance and enablement ROI.
4 years in revenue-facing roles such as Revenue Enablement, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Management, or Conversation Intelligence program ownership, preferably in SaaS environments.
3 years experience with Gong or other conversational platforms, including building scorecards, trackers, streams & libraries.
2 years of experience using data analytics to identify performance trends, diagnose skill gaps, or inform revenue strategy.
Excellent communicator who can translate data into simple actionable insights for revenue teams.
Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and how to operationalize them through metrics.
