Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their business objectives.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and accurate account management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively position our offerings.
- Track sales activities and client interactions diligently to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a wholesale or B2B environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to understand client needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions confidently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards reaching sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tracking tools is a plus.
