Now, we're looking for a driven E-commerce Specialist to supercharge our growth and take our online sales strategy to the next level
Job Duties
- Support and manage daily operations across Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts
- Track and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitors to develop and execute daily sales strategies
- Plan, strategize, and execute deals and promotions for major sales events, including Prime Day and the Q4 holiday season
- Create, manage, and optimize keyword-based advertising campaigns while closely monitoring performance spend
- Optimize product listings including keywords, content, and attributes to maximize visibility and conversion
- Monitor Neo Chair's account health, proactively resolving listing issues or restrictions
- Stay up to date on marketplace policies and requirements, and plan or execute related compliance and optimization projects
- Support new product launches through market research, pricing analysis, and go-to-market sales strategy execution
- Use inventory management software to accurately track inventory levels, inbound shipments, and outbound orders
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the sales and marketplace teams

Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Korean required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 0-3 years of related experience required
- U.S. work authorization required
