Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-Commerce Inventory Sourcing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and optimizing inventory sourcing processes for our online retail platforms, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate items to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and strong sell-through of products for e-commerce channels.
- Pull items from assigned bin locations (~50 items/shift)
- Follow sourcing rules (brand, condition, size standards)
- Drop items off at our warehouse location
Skills
- Comfortable with light lifting (up to ~30 lbs)
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong knowledge of sports teams and players (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, College, Soccer)
- Willing to learn about trending items
- Available for 4 hours per day, 5–6 days/week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
