Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing all aspects of construction for existing buildings, particularly in Federal government and mission-critical data center environments. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Federal guidelines.

Lead project kick-off meetings, establishing clear objectives, roles, and responsibilities for project team members.

Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and government agencies throughout the project life-cycle.

Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among project team members, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:
