About the Role
We’re hiring a General Manager to lead and scale branch operations for a growing commercial roofing contractor in the Hampton Roads area. This is a key leadership role focused on re-roofing operations, production oversight, and partnership with the sales team to ensure quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all daily operations of the Hampton Roads commercial roofing branch

Lead re-roofing projects, crew scheduling, labor planning, and safety compliance

Build and mentor a high-performing team (production, service, admin)

Oversee job execution, material coordination, quality control, and margin performance

Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure scope alignment

Own branch P&L, client experience, and overall performance metrics
Qualifications

7 years of experience in commercial roofing operations or production management

Strong background in low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, mod-bit)

Proven leadership in field operations, labor management, and scheduling

Experience partnering with sales to deliver successful re-roofing projects

Strong decision-making skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Local market knowledge of Hampton Roads is a plus
