What you will do:

Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for the service department

Recruit, develop, and mentor managers, supervisors, and field personnel

Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and service workflow to ensure timely, quality delivery

Own service department financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth

Maintain strong client relationships, serve as the escalation point for complex service issues, and identify growth opportunities within accounts and new markets
