JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts
- Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators
- Identify and diagnose deficiencies with the system and take measures to correct deficiencies
- Identify the need for and perform Mid-level to advanced level Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
- Assist with creating Preventative maintenance schedule and follow such schedule
- Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, chemicals, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop
- Able to utilize ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment
- Transports and moves equipment as necessary
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- Certification in a trade and two to four years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Two or more years as a Maintenance Technician I or a combination of
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
- Must complete all required company training
