Nemacolin, a luxury four-season resort and part of the prestigious Legend Collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join its team in Farmington, PA.
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of a highly active construction department managing both commercial projects and residential condominium construction.

Job Duties:
- Solicit bids from vendors and subcontractors and prepare bid documents
- Maintain project budgets and coordinate payables and receivables
- Develop scopes of work for vendors and subcontractors
- Create and update construction schedules
- Coordinate inspections and maintain inspection logs
- Manage documents, drawings, plans, and specifications
- Maintain and oversee project safety plans
Job Requirements:
- 10 years of construction management experience within the luxury custom home sector
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
