What You'll Own
- Learning Programs: Oversee and evolve a comprehensive suite of learning initiatives, ensuring they remain effective, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Needs Assessment & Analysis: Identify skill gaps and opportunities across the organization, using data and stakeholder input to inform priorities.
- Training Facilitation: Facilitate sessions and coordinate with internal and external facilitators to maintain consistently high-quality delivery.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting: Track outcomes and ROI, and share regular insights with senior leadership to guide continued investment in learning.
- Technology & Platforms: Leverage LMS tools and virtual learning solutions to keep programs scalable and accessible.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with leaders across the business to keep talent development connected to what the organization needs most.
- 5–7 years of L&D experience across the full lifecycle — strategy, design, delivery, and measurement
- Bachelor's in HR, Education, Business, or related field; master's in Organizational Development or equivalent preferred
- Strong instincts for instructional design, facilitation, and learning technology
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and translating business needs into learning solutions
