What You'll Do
- Lead Project Execution: Coordinate team members and resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation through closeout
- Drive Planning & Collaboration: Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish clear goals and objectives
- Ensure Project Success: Take ownership of project outcomes including safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction
- Manage Financials: Oversee budgets across multiple simultaneous projects, allocate resources effectively, mitigate risks, and drive revenue generation
- 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Strong technical ability and interpersonal skills
