Responsibilities:
- Payment Application: Receives client payments via ACH, check, and credit card; accurately apply these payments to the appropriate client accounts in the accounting system and applies corrective action for resolution of exceptions.
- Record Keeping: Maintains accurate and organized records of all payment transactions and reconcile to daily bank activity.
- Expense Reporting: Processes and submits expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies. Assists users in troubleshooting as issues arise with expense reporting tool.
- 0-2 years of accounting experience
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
