What You’ll Do:
- Process vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on any billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Help manage office supplies, mail, and general day-to-day operations
- Support the team with reporting, filing, and document preparation
- Communicate with vendors and coworkers in a professional, courteous way
- Jump in where needed — we’re a team that helps each other out!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office administration (2 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); accounting software experience is a plus
- Great communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
