As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting and general office work in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reconcile accounts and follow up on any billing discrepancies
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records
  • Help manage office supplies, mail, and general day-to-day operations
  • Support the team with reporting, filing, and document preparation
  • Communicate with vendors and coworkers in a professional, courteous way
  • Jump in where needed — we’re a team that helps each other out!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or office administration (2 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); accounting software experience is a plus
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
  • A team player who’s dependable, honest, and eager to grow with us
