Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to support our AP Director/Manager and assist the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate accounts payable data entry using Read Soft OCR Software and Dynamics 365.
- Audit and approve expense reports for accuracy.
- Manage FM AP Mailbox & AP Invoice Mailbox.
- Assist with vendor inquiries and payment issues.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Help prepare 1099 tax documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
