Role Description
We are looking for Real Estate Salespersons located all across Los Angeles, The Valley & South Bay. The Salesperson will be responsible for working with buyers, sellers, and investors to facilitate real estate transactions. Key tasks include conducting market analysis, promoting client properties, coordinating showings, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves leveraging industry knowledge and local market insights to assist clients in meeting their real estate goals while adhering to company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License in the state of California
- Member of the local Realtor board & MLS
- Knowledge and experience in real estate transactions
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
