  • Design and development support: Work closely with customers to translate their needs into technical specifications and viable, manufacturable products, using 2D and 3D CAD tools.
  • Project management: Oversee the project scope, timeline, and budget throughout the design and manufacturing process, ensuring accurate product cost estimation and on-time delivery.
  • Technical troubleshooting: Provide hands-on technical support during pre- and post-sales, resolving issues related to product integration, performance, and functionality.
  • Technical costing and quoting: Work closely with our supply chain and in-house manufacturing engineers to build up NRE and production costs estimates with a focus on competitive price targets while achieving financial objectives.
  • Industry expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in HMI, electronics, and related manufacturing processes.

    • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Soft skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities as needed.
