What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop People
- Coach and develop Client Advisors to elevate performance and customer experience
- Provide real-time feedback, role-playing, and daily accountability
- Build a culture centered on growth, ownership, and professionalism
- Maintain a high-energy, highly visible presence on the sales floor
- Stay actively engaged in deal flow, customer interactions, and team support
- Ensure fast, consistent responsiveness to leads and showroom traffic
- Support and elevate customer interactions when needed
- Ensure a transparent, pressure-free, and efficient buying experience
- Reinforce a relationship-driven approach that builds trust and loyalty
- Hold the team accountable to CRM usage, follow-up, and sales processes
- Balance structure with flexibility to keep interactions natural and engaging
- Identify and correct process breakdowns quickly
- Effectively read and respond to both customers and team members
- Coach through challenges, manage conflict, and build trust
- Create an environment where people feel supported and pushed to improve
- Proven ability to coach and develop salespeople, not just close deals
- High level of energy, urgency, and leadership presence
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Experience in a customer-first sales environment
