Service Concierge

So, what does a Service Concierge actually do? Great question! Here is a brief listing of how they prepare all cars for delivery for guest:

• Greets customers
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt
• Place mats in the car, oil change stickers, and seat covers.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Retrieves and delivers vehicles from property locations
• Takes vehicles to car wash and vacuum,
• Check in and out loaner vehicles
• Gas checks on all loaner cars
• Service area upkeep and basic maintenance
• Performs other duties as assigned
