Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs
- Present transparent, one-price vehicle options clearly and confidently
- Manage the full vehicle purchase process, including paperwork, financing, trade-ins, and delivery
- Present and explain available vehicle protection packages after financing, ensuring customers understand their options without pressure
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication to build and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Uphold a non-commissioned, no-haggle sales approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Demonstrates a consistent commitment to excellence in performance and attitude
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment with a shared focus on success
- Ability to multitask and manage customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
