Merchandise Order Management Coordinator
Part time remote - 3 hours per day/12 hours per week
Location: Remote Pacific time
You are a detail-oriented and collaborative Order Management Coordinator to support the company/racing team partnership. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for merchandise order processing, ensuring accurate fulfillment, timely delivery, and seamless communication between internal stakeholders and the team. You’ll play a vital role in managing logistics, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking while driving operational efficiency.
This position pays: $26 to $28 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for all AWR merchandise inquiries.
- Process internal merchandise orders following established protocols and team needs.
- Recommend and coordinate order fulfillment strategies, including working with direct mail vendors.
- Monitor the service desk to manage order requests and prevent personal order misuse.
- Track orders, maintain detailed records, and handle delivery inquiries.
- Support customs clearance procedures and ensure timely payment of import taxes.
- Utilize corporate credit cards and manage reimbursement documentation.
- Join weekly calls with the AWR team to review upcoming shipments and order status.
- Track invoices, route them to appropriate teams, and resolve billing discrepancies.
What you bring:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in order management, logistics, or operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Jira.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially via email.
- Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with merchandise, invoicing, and customs processes is a plus.
- Experience working with executives is highly preferred.
