POSITION: Order Management Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations through administrative support, order processing, and cross-functional communication. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and comfort with daily computer-based tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the order management tool for timely order Processing and dispatching.
2. Print daily orders for the warehouse team.
3. Monitor the print log to ensure accurate and timely order releases.
4. Dispatch orders and coordinate order flow based on warehouse priorities.
5. Support with converting purchase orders to bills after they have been reviewed for accuracy.
6. Cross-Functional Communication
7. Act as the primary point of contact between warehouse, routing, and purchasing teams.
8. Communicate with internal teams regarding order statuses, inventory concerns, and operational
updates.
9. Provide timely updates to ensure a seamless workflow between departments.
10. System Monitoring & Reporting
11. Track and maintain order and print logs to ensure operational accuracy.
12. Identify and report discrepancies in order fulfillment and inventory records.
13. Assist in resolving issues related to order releases, processing, and documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with technology and capable of learning new skills quickly.
- Experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics
environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management
systems.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a working vehicle and be able to travel independently.
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting.
Requires daily work on the computer throughout the entire shift.

COMPENSATION RANGE
$25 - $27 / Hour
