We are seeking for a highly motivated and dynamic Car Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position. The ideal candidate has prior car sales experience as a top car salesman or saleswoman. Any candidate with no car sales experience is welcome to apply as long as they have a long time experience in sales and customer service.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and generate leads.
• Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
• Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide support throughout the sales process, including upselling additional products or services.
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting in inventory management.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership inventory, pricing, and financing options.
• Proficient in all social media platforms. Has active account to engage and bring customers.

Experience

• Proven experience in a fast-paced automobile sales or high-end sales is preferred.
• Background in B2B sales or retail sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales management practices and techniques.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software for tracking leads and customer interactions.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.
• Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for accurate pricing and financing discussions.
