Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully
Assist with loading heavier items as needed

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required to meet performance standards and KPI
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- 2 years of excellent customer service skills are preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Great attention to detail and highly organized
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Bilingual is a plus!
- The Lott Attendant position requires the following physical capabilities:
- Standing for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10 hours a day
- Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
- Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items into customer vehicles.
