Safety Advisor
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Team:
- Direct and manage parking lot traffic to ensure safety for both customers and employees.
- Assist customers in parking and navigating the lot.
- Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive initial interaction.
- Check-in customers efficiently and answer any questions they may have.
- Facilitate the transition from check-in to load-out.
- Assist customers in receiving their orders by gathering and delivering items to their vehicles.
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Process customer returns, ensuring items are ready for resale or appropriately sorted.
- Issue same-day refunds and resolve any return-related issues.
- Identify and separate unsellable items from those that can be relisted.
