What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive (Field Sales) position at Nelectron Solutions?
What You Will Do
- Prospect and generate new business through in person visits, networking, and referrals
- Engage restaurant and small business owners to understand their payment and POS needs
- Present and sell Clover POS and payment processing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Follow up consistently and move deals forward
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and installation
What We Are Looking For
- Highly motivated, self starter with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with face to face selling and daily travel
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Experience in merchant services, POS, or restaurant industry is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary: 55,000 to 85,000 (based on experience and performance)
- Commission: 1,000 per account closed
- Residual income: 10 percent of net processing revenue on all closed accounts
- Realistic earnings:
- Average performers: 110,000 to 140,000
- Strong performers: 150,000 to 200,000
- Top performers: 200,000
