Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall daily operations of Nel's Bi Lo Market, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to facilitate clear understanding of goals, policies, and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall store performance.
• Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, adherence to schedules, and efficient task completion.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing issues promptly and fostering a welcoming shopping environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
