Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions.
- Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash handling with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their selections, answering questions about menu items, and upselling products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines throughout your shift.
- Ensure food safety management practices are followed diligently to uphold health standards and prevent cross-contamination.
- Support the team in operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a well-organized environment for efficient service delivery.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness regularly.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or similar roles within the food industry or quick service environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and create positive guest interactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing sales totals confidently.
