Summary:
The RF Calibration Technician Lead will support the Production Product flow of the Calibration and Temperature Testing area. This role will also provide technical assistance to the calibration team members and will interface with Manufacturing Engineering when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Associate degree in Electronics or related STEM background/experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Solder, repair, and test electronic components and circuit board products.
- Maintain high standards in quality to meet ISO requirements.
- Maintain technical competency and remain current on new technology and trends in the industry.
- Assist with Product Yield Analysis.
- Keep accurate records of data for statistical analysis
- Assist with Production duties as needed.
- Some overtime may be required to meet delivery objectives.
Skills:
- Must be very detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- 1 Years of related experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
