What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
- Efficient and proactive calendar management for executives, ensuring optimal time allocation and scheduling clarity.
- Structured and organized inbox support, including prioritization and light correspondence handling.
- Seamless coordination of off-site activities for teams such as medics, marketing, and potentially operations.
- Well-prepared agendas and materials for team meetings, improving meeting effectiveness and follow-up.
- Smooth travel planning, including logistics and detailed itineraries (with expenses managed directly by executives).
- Improved administrative workflows that enhance overall team productivity and communication.
- 5 years of relevant experience in administrative, coordination, and executive support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in common productivity tools.
