Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Provide menu information and assist guests with their selections, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Package to go orders as well as making soft beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- Previous restaurant experience is required.
- Previous server experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
