Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication (calls, emails, text) with professionalism and urgency.
- Service existing policies including endorsements, renewals, certificates, and billing support.
- Clearly explain coverage and answer client questions with confidence and accuracy.
- Maintain accountability for all open items until fully resolved.
- Maintain clean, accurate documentation in the agency management system.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and retention.
- Take full ownership of every customer interaction from start to resolution.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and retain information about insurance products and services.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Salary : $23 - $25
