Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients—assisting with policy questions, coverage changes, billing, and claims support while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing questions
- Provide coverage explanations and general policy support
- Support clients with basic claims inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records in agency systems
- Work closely with agents to support daily operations and client needs
Requirements
- Active Personal Lines Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
