Job Overview
Neil Medical Group, a family-owned long-term care pharmacy, is seeking an exceptional Consultant Pharmacist to join our clinical team. The successful candidate should possess strong clinical and communication skills. The position involves performing medication regimen review services for assisted living and skilled nursing facilities in southeastern North Carolina. Long-term care experience is a plus, and an active North Carolina pharmacist license is required. Board certification (BCGP and/or BCPS) is desired. We welcome clinically strong candidates and are prepared to provide the necessary training on the regulatory and procedural requirements of this specialized practice area. The pharmacist will travel regionally to client long-term care facilities in southeastern North Carolina to conduct medication regimen reviews, present in-service training, and provide clinical/regulatory support.
This full-time position requires five weekdays per week, primarily on-site at facilities, with the option to complete a percentage of reviews remotely via Electronic Health Record access.

Pay: From $63.00 per hour
