Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A minimum of two years title processing experience at a new car dealership, automobile leasing company or state/county tax office.
- A high level of energy, integrity, and possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with salespeople and co-workers.
- The ability to multi-task with a variety of state titling requirements.
- Maintaining accurate store logs for tag and title tracking
- Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations as related to vehicle titles.
- Ensure the company's tag and title work complies with all applicable state regulations.
- Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to tax agency.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
