Neil Huffman Imports is looking for a full-time receptionist!
Our receptionists are the front line of the dealership and support the entire team by providing a friendly greeting to all our guests. You will be the first point of contact for many potential and current customers and represent the hard work that goes into delivering an excellent customer experience at Neil Huffman Imports.
This job is to assist the department with administrative and clerical support. This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
DUTIES:
1.) Answer phones and take messages for specific people as assigned.
2.) Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.
3.) Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
4.) Maintain neat and professional appearance of person and work area.
5.) Arrive before the designated starting time.
6.) Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
7.) Extend hospitality (offer coffee, etc.) to all customers in the waiting area.
8.) Log all sales calls.
9.) Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager.
