As an automotive receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome: Warmly welcome customers as they enter the dealership, offering a friendly and professional first point of contact.
  • Answer Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate department, and provide basic information to callers.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide general information about the dealership, Kia vehicles, and services offered to customers who visit or call.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales, service, and test drives, ensuring efficient use of dealership resources.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and inquiries into the dealership's computer system.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customers' questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Communication: Relay messages and information between different departments within the dealership.
  • Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones while greeting customers or assisting with paperwork.
  • Flexibility: Be open to working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the dealership's operational needs.
  • Professionalism: Represent the dealership in a courteous and professional manner, upholding its reputation and customer service standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills: A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage appointment scheduling and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers, including basic software applications for data entry and communication.
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly demeanor, patience, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
