Neil Charles Real Estate is a boutique real estate firm specializing in residential properties, farms and estates, land, investment properties and commercial properties throughout New York's Hudson Valley and Westchester County and in Connecticut's Litchfield and Fairfield Counties. We are seeking motivated, client-focused Real Estate Sales Associates to join our team. There is a lot of flexibility as our salespeople can work from home or from our office as they wish. They can work full time or part time.
About the Role
As a Real Estate Sales Associate at Neil Charles Real Estate, you will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions while delivering a client focused professional experience. This opportunity is ideal for agents who value integrity, collaboration, and long-term relationship building over volume-driven sales.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Prospect, market, and promote listings using both traditional and digital strategies
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
- Prepare and present comparative market analyses (CMAs)
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to closing
- Stay informed on local market trends, inventory, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to elevate the firm’s brand and client experience
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in New York and/or Connecticut (required)
- Strong communication (both written and oral), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools
