Responsibilities
- Coordinate with community association boards and support governance activities.
- Facilitate board and community meetings.
- Manage budgets and prepare financial reports.
- Oversee vendors and coordinate maintenance planning.
- Monitor compliance with community policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with residents regarding community matters.
- Maintain association documents and records.
- Conduct property inspections across the assigned portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of homeowners association management experience.
- HOA certification.
- Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification.
- Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation.
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
- Experience with vendor management and community association governance.
- Meeting facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Strong written communication skills.
