Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing NDC’s day-to-day HR function and delivering responsive, consistent, and compliant people practices. Reporting to the Chief of Program & Innovation, the Manager serves as the primary HR resource for employees and managers and oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, performance management, HR systems, records, and compliance. This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR generalist who can work independently, provide sound guidance, and improve established HR processes through consistent execution. The HR Manager is an advisor to the NDC executive leadership team.
