SUMMARY: The Housing Case Manager provides comprehensive individual services to the individuals / families living in Neighborhood Center of West Volusia (NHCWV) managed housing units, in collaboration with team members across the agency and community partners.
The program has obtained secure funding through August 2027; potential for extensions will be discussed in the second quarter of 2027 and are subject to the funding priorities of the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
