The purpose of a NEIGHBORHOOD barre instructor is to provide safe, effective NEIGHBORHOOD barre instruction for clients during scheduled class times in accordance with all Nb guidelines and expectations. Previous barre training is not required, we offer a robust barre instructor training course.

INSTRUCTOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Minimum Requirements:
- Command and engage clients while effectively leading clients throughout the exercise
- Assist students to achieve alignment and proper working muscle groups.
- Break down exercises, count to the music, cue clients for clarity.
- Demonstrate practice and techniques
- Motivate students with words of encouragement
- Connect with clients during the class to improve client’s barre practice
- Participate in networking/community/client appreciation events as needed
- Maintain honesty and integrity
- Use our POS system, check clients into classes, schedule clients for classes, enroll clients in memberships, and assist with retail purchases.
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- This position offers hourly base rate with class utilization bonus after your first 90 days of teaching
