We are a pizza kitchen, music venue, and event space nestled on the banks of the Colorado River in Bastrop, Texas. The historic building and the eclectic style will make you feel right at home.
The Prep Cook / Pizza Maker / Line Cook will prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards, safety, sanitation and cleanliness.
***FT experienced cook. Pay dependent on experience. Tips adds $1 - $2 /hour average.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Prep Cook / Pizza Maker / Line Cook is responsible for food preparation, including maintaining a safe and clean kitchen, and upholding our motto of: Live Tunes, Good Food, Nice People
Consistently prepare food according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
Follow all recipes, properly weigh prepped items, record production numbers for items, and portion servings correctly.
Prepare and restock food products.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Prep Cook / Pizza Maker / Line Cook must thrive and maintain sense of humor in fast-paced high-volume situations.
Some experience in kitchen (including full service, fast food, or convenience) preferred, but we will train.
Food Certification
Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Legal right to work in the US
