About Us: Nehemiah Hope Center is looking for an organized and friendly Office Administrator to keep our Taunton office running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages.
- Schedule appointments for clinicians and manage the calendar.
- Maintain office files and handle data entry.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification tasks.
- Ensure the office area remains clean and organized.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office or medical setting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Respect for client confidentiality (HIPAA).
- Flexible Schedule
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
