Safe driving as you deliver packages to businesses and customers is a must. Responsibilities
Using your own vehicle, pick up packages or parts from sender in a timely fashion. Fill out all associated paperwork and complete scans using designated applications. Deliver packages to recipient within a specified timeframe. Complete the delivery paperwork and proceed to the next delivery.
Maintain professionalism and clean appearance while providing excellent customer service according to company standards.
Report any issues or delays to dispatch immediately.
Keep vehicle in good working condition including but not limited to up to date insurance (Bodily/Injury 300,000/100,000 and Property Damage 100,000), registration, license and any necessary repairs or certifications.
Qualifications
Shift: Daytime, Evening, Overnight
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years Non-Commercial Driving
License/Certification: Drivers License
Work Location: Chattanooga, TN
Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check-Past 7 Years
- MVR Report-No major violations in the past 3 years
- Drug test
- Car-SUV-Cargo Van or equivalent (GVWR < 10,001 LBS.) Box Truck drivers are welcome to apply.
Potential Earnings-$600-$800/wk plus for auto part routes (higher earnings for Box truck drivers)
Same Day Delivery earnings vary. Generally Equivalent to $1.00/per mile.
